Maple Roasted Vegetable Grain Bowls

This post is in partnership with OXO.  As always, all opinions are 100% my own.

Sunday meal prep is still going strong around here.  I've been doing really well with it
most of the time.  I find that when I do take the time to prep and plan on Sundays we eat
healthier meals  and I'm in a better mood since I don't have to run to the grocery store on
my way home from work.  Being prepared gives me so much more time in the evenings
to do the things I enjoy like reading, blogging or watching a movie with the family, instead
of trying to figure out what we're having for dinner and then starting from scratch to make it.

Frozen Yogurt Bark {Easy Healthy Snack}

This post was created in partnership with Stonyfield and Divine Chocolate.
As always, all opinions are 100% my own.

After dinner I'm always in the mood for a little something sweet, but I don't want to eat
anything too high in calories or fat.  Sometimes I will have a small piece of chocolate or
a cup of yogurt, but then I thought why not combine the two into a frozen treat that I
can grab whenever I want.  Frozen yogurt bark provides the sweetness I'm craving without
any guilt!

Paint Chip Heart Valentine's Day Cupcakes

Over the weekend Madison and I went to Lowe's to pick out paint for her bathroom.
It was time for a makeover and she wanted to get rid of the outdated wallpaper.

While browsing the paint chips looking for the perfect shade of gray, I noticed how pretty
the pink samples were.  As our paint was being mixed I picked out a few of the pink and
red paint chip to take home.  I had an idea :)

How to Make Cake Flour {DIY}

Have you ever noticed how many different types of flour there are?
Geez!
All-purpose flour, whole wheat, spelt, almond, coconut and bread flour just to name
a few.

I don't know about you, but my pantry isn't large enough for all of that, nor do I use all
of those different types of flour on a regular basis.

Now that January is over, we're one step closer to Spring and warm weather!
Last weekend we had a heck of a snow storm here in Virginia and although it was kind
of nice to be snowed in a for a couple days, I'm so glad so see that the temperature is
warming up this week!
