are nice when I want to sit down, relax and enjoy some smoothie goodness with a little
Trail mix is one of my favorite snacks, so I thought why not combine all of the goodness
of trail mix with a chocolate smoothie. Two of my favorite snacks in one!
Today I added almonds, granola, chocolate Sundrops and fresh blueberries. Yum!

Chocolate Trail Mix Protein Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1/2 C Stonyfield Smooth & Creamy Vanilla Yogurt
1 T peanut butter
1 scoop Healthy Skoop All-In-One Nutrional Shake (chocolate)
1/2 C unsweetened almond milk
toppings: almonds, granola, chocolate Sundrop candies, blueberries
Blend ingredients, except for toppings, in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with almonds, granola, Sundrops, fruit
