I've been seeing pumpkin and other fall recipes all over the internet, but there are still
a couple of days left of summer and I'm making the most of it!
I love making fruit salsa to serve over baked salmon and grilled chicken. Last month I
made watermelon salsa and it was delicious! Today I had an abundance of fresh peaches
from the farmer's market, so I made a small batch of peach salsa. Peach salsa is yummy
served over baked fish, but it's also very tasty with cinnamon pita chips too!
Hold on to summer just a little longer with my fresh peach salsa.
We'll be wearing sweaters and raking leaves soon enough!
