Purely Elizabeth

What did we ever do without social media?
I mean really - how did we find out about stuff?

I participate in most forms of social media, but Instagram is my fave.
I love to escape into Instagram land every chance I get.
So many pretties, delicious eats, great ideas and new products.
Purely Elizabeth

Instagram was where I first discovered Purely Elizabeth.
I can't remember the exact post, but some how I found out they made granola.
Freakin' awesome granola!

Good for you granola full of ancient grains, oats and seeds with chewy dried fruit,
organic coconut sugar and organic coconut oil.
I was on a mission to find this granola goodness.
I put it on my Whole Foods grocery list and a few days later I was in granola heaven.
Oh my is it good!

I used the Blueberry Hemp Ancient Grain Granola as a delicious crust for my
Upside Down Cheesecake in a Jar. Best idea ever!
So much better than graham crackers!

I was recently given the opportunity to try a few more of their products and now
I'm an even bigger fan of Purely Elizabeth!
The past few mornings I have started my day with Ancient Grain Granola and
Puffs cereal.  I'm not much on cold cereal, I'm more of an oatmeal kind of girl,
but this cereal is so delicious! It's a sweet and salty blend of granola with hints of
sea salt, cinnamon and milk soaked puffs.  So good!
Watch out oatmeal, I may have to cheat on you some mornings :)

I also tried the Oatmeal Cherry Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix.
After dinner I always need a little sweet treat, so I was super
excited to make the cookies!

Purely Elizabeth Cookie Mix is super easy to mix - you only
add 3 simple ingredients (coconut oil, applesauce and vanilla).
I used my cookie scoop to drop the cookie dough onto a silpat
lined cookie sheet and in 12 minutes they were perfect!

You can also skip the baking part and eat the dough straight out of the
bowl if  you're into that kind of thing,
Which I totally am!

Since it was like 100 degrees yesterday I decided to make frozen yogurt cookie
sandwiches with some of the cookies.
An excellent idea if I do say so myself!
