My Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies
Hey friends! Happy Friday!
It's going to be cold here in Virginia this weekend - we may even get some snow!
Snow days are perfect days to bake cookies, so I thought I would share my favorite
chocolate chip cookie recipe with you today.

Purely Elizabeth
What did we ever do without social media?
I mean really - how did we find out about stuff?
I participate in most forms of social media, but Instagram is my fave.
I love to escape into Instagram land every chance I get.
So many pretties, delicious eats, great ideas and new products.
Instagram was where I first discovered Purely Elizabeth.
I can't remember the exact post, but some how I found out they made granola.
Freakin' awesome granola!
Good for you granola full of ancient grains, oats and seeds with chewy dried fruit,
organic coconut sugar and organic coconut oil.
I was on a mission to find this granola goodness.
I put it on my Whole Foods grocery list and a few days later I was in granola heaven.
Oh my is it good!

No-Churn Cookie Dough Ice Cream #IceCreamForOXO
It's summer y'all.
Time for some chilly treats!
After receiving a box of handy OXO ice cream tools from the super nice people at OXO
I knew exactly what kind of treat I was going to make.
Cookie dough ice cream!

I made the cookie dough cubes a few days before the ice cream just to save some time.
The recipe for the cookie dough makes way more than you will need for the ice cream,
but extra cookie dough is a good thing right :)

Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dessert
Yay - it's summer!
Time for lounging by the pool with a good book, cookouts with friends and frozen desserts!
This dish is super easy to make and comes together in no time.
Just be sure to give it plenty of time to firm up in the freezer before you plan to serve it.
Overnight is best.
Check out those layers of yumminess!
Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dessert
1 sleeve crushed graham crackers (a little over 1 cup)
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 package Original Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookies
1 cup of milk
8 oz. container of whipped topping
chocolate fudge sauce (I used Hershey's)
Make graham cracker crust by crushing 1 sleeve of graham crackers.
I use a Magic Bullet to crush mine. Add sugar, salt and melted butter to combine.
Press crust into the bottom of an 8x8 bake dish.
Dunk cookies into milk one by one. (Save 4-5 cookies for the top).
Layer cookies over the graham cracker crust. Fill in spaces with broken cookies.
Top with a layer of whipped topping.
Warm fudge sauce and drizzle over whipped topping. Top with dry cookie crumbs.
Cover and freeze overnight. Let thaw a few minutes before serving.
