Make Ahead Pomegranate Blueberry Smoothies

This post was created in partnership with Stonyfield and Ball Canning.
As always, all opinions are 100% my own.

Here in the south we have been drinking sweet tea and lemonade out of Ball Canning
jars forever, so I was super excited when I heard that Stonyfield and Ball Canning
were partnering together this month.  Everything tastes better in a canning jar!

The challenge this month is breakfast on the go and Ball Canning Jars are so convenient
for breakfast, lunch and snacks on the go or at home.

I thought I owned every size jar available until I recently found these Ball Canning
12 ounce Quilted Crystal Jelly Jars.  I love this size!  Perfect for smoothies!

Pomegranate Blueberry Smoothie

My make ahead pomegranate blueberry smoothies combine some of my favorite
smoothie ingredients - Stonyfield Greek yogurt, rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds
and frozen blueberries with a cup of pomegranate juice.  I love the pretty color!

This recipe fills three 12 ounce canning jars, with a little left over for taste testing :)
I keep them in the fridge and simply give them a good shake before drinking, but you
could also keep the smoothies in the freezer if you like.

These Ball Canning Mason Jar Sip & Straw Lids are so convenient for smoothies,
milkshakes and other beverages.  I use them all the time.

I love taking a healthy smoothie with me on my way to work.  Smoothies are a perfect way
to start the day! Half of the fun is coming up with new delicious flavors!
What are some of your favorite smoothie ingredients?
