Peanut Butter and Jelly Yogurt Parfaits

This post is in partnership with Purely Elizabeth. All opinions are my own.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Yogurt Parfaits

Ready or not the holidays are here. Family and friends will be stopping by and maybe
even spending a night or two. Don't leave your guests wondering what's to eat, prepare
some yogurt parfaits to have on hand or to display on your holiday brunch buffet.

Peanut butter and jelly yogurt parfaits with Purely Elizabeth chocolate sea salt + peanut
butter granola are easy to assemble and perfect to serve for breakfast, brunch or even
a healthy snack for out of town guests.

Purely Elizabeth Granola is my favorite brand of granola. Not only is it the most
delicious granola - it's certified organic and made with quality ingredients like as
coconut sugar, ancient grains, quinoa, chia and fair-trade dark chocolate chunks.
It's SO good!

Yogurt parfaits are so versatile and they make a nice, healthy choice for breakfast.
Simply add your favorite flavor of yogurt, fruit, nut butter, granola and more.

I was going for a rustic, woodsy theme for this breakfast buffet, so I added a candy evergreen
tree for fun. Coconut flakes, chocolate chips or chocolate covered sunflower seeds
would be nice too.

Stock up on plenty of yogurt and granola and keep your holiday guests happy!
Enjoy!

fresh fruit and candy trees to garnish

Spoon one third cup of yogurt into small plastic or glass containers.
Top with one to two tablespoons of fruit preserves. Sprinkle with granola

Makes 10-12 parfaits depending upon the size of your containers.
