Healthy 3-Ingredient Cookies

Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Did you notice that title?!?
Only 3 ingredients to make a quick and healthy treat to help curb that sweet tooth!

Now granted, these cookies do not taste like my favorite chocolate chip cookies, which
I love to indulge in every now and then, but they do taste quite good and are perfect
when you're trying to watch what you eat and want a little sweet treat.

Healthy 3 Ingredient Cookies

Healthy 3-Ingredient cookies are super easy to make! Simply combine mashed ripe banana,
rolled oats and chocolate chips in a medium mixing bowl. Scoop cookie dough onto a
parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until set. That's it!

They're best right out of the oven, but aren't most cookies!

1 large very ripe banana, mashed
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 to 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

In a medium mixing bowl, combine mashed banana and oats.
Fold in chocolate chips.

Using a cookie scoop, drop cookies onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Yield: 6-7 cookies
