Easy Pepperoni Rolls











































With football season coming to a close, it's time to start thinking about all of the Big Game
parties coming up soon and what you plan to make to eat to celebrate your favorite team.

Easy-Pepperoni-Rolls





















Today's recipe is super easy and perfect for football parties or heck, even dinner!
Easy Pepperoni Rolls! Basically pizza in a ball :)

Biscuits from a can make pepperoni rolls come together in no time at all.  This would
be a great recipe for the kids to help with too!

Easy Pepperoni Rolls

2 cans of buttermilk biscuits (10 biscuits in each container)
40 slices of pepperoni'
8 oz. package of block cheese (I use Colby & Monterey Jack)
1 large egg, beaten
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Powder
parmesan cheese
1 jar pizza sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Spray a baking pan with cooking spray or line a
baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice cheese into 20 chunks (I only used
about half of the block).

Flatten each biscuit and stack two pepperoni's between a chunk of cheese.
Place in the center of a biscuit and gather up the edges of the biscuit and press
dough to seal it closed.  Place biscuits in the pan seam side down.  Brush with
beaten egg.  Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and parmesan cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until rolls are lightly browned.
Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
