Banana Vanilla Protein Smoothie Bowl

This post is sponsored by Moms Meet. All opinions are my own.

Now that spring is here and the weather has finally warmed up, I'm back on the smoothie
train again. On weekends I love making smoothie bowls and enjoying them outside
on the deck or by the pool. During the week shakes are more my style, making them
easy to drink on the way to the office. Nutritional smoothies help give me the energy
to do my best and I feel good when I drink them.

My husband and I have been trying to eat a more plant-based diet and VeganSmart
All-In-One Nutritional Shakes offer plant-based nutrition in a variety of delicious flavors.
Each shake has 22 vitamins and minerals helping support healthy cell function, while
the omega blend supports a healthy brain, heart and circulatory system. One serving has
6 grams of dietary fiber, which help keep things moving if you know what I mean.

Chocolate is my favorite flavor, but today I decided to blend frozen banana with
vanilla and it was delicious!! Toppings make a smoothie bowl. Some of my favorite
toppings are fresh fruit, granola, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes and cocoa nibs.
