Mixed Berry Yogurt Smoothie

This post was created in partnership with Stonyfield Organics.  As always, all
opinions are 100% my own.

Now that spring has finally arrived I am SO ready to get outside and enjoy the warmer
temperatures.  Sunny weather makes me crave fruit smoothies, so I thought I would
celebrate spring with a mixed berry yogurt smoothie.  This fresh sprig of mint makes
me want to go out and buy herbs for my little deck herb garden!

Mixed Berry Grassfed Yogurt Smoothie

Stonyfield recently launched a new line of yogurt, Stonyfield Organic 100% Grassfed
yogurt and I couldn't wait to try it in my smoothies.  I already knew it tasted delicious on
it's own since my husband and I have been enjoying the samples that were sent my way!

Stonyfield 100% Grassfed Yogurt

Cows that provide milk for Stonyfield organic yogurt are required to graze at least
120 days throughout the year.  Other times they eat organic grains and organic oats.

The cows that provide milk for Stonyfield Organic 100% Grassfed yogurt are Pennsylvania
Certified Organic Grassfed Cows from Maple Hill Creamery and they eat only grass all
year long, resulting in a delicious, creamy yogurt that I think you will love.  Like all
Stonyfield products, Grassfed is organic, non-gmo and made without the use of artificial
hormones. Now you know why I love Stonyfield!

Stonyfield 100% Grassfed Yogurt

We eat ALOT of yogurt in our house and 100% Grassfed yogurt is our second favorite,
next to Stonyfield Oh My Yog, which in our opinion, can't be beat!

Mixed Berry Grassfed Yogurt Smoothie

For my Mixed Berry Smoothie I combined frozen strawberries, blueberries and
blackberries with my favorite oats, Grassfed yogurt, flax and chia seed with a little
almond milk to thin it out.  I didn't add honey because I thought the fruit sweetened
enough, but if you prefer sweeter smoothies you may want to add it.

Happy spring friends!
