Mini Cookies 'n Cream Bundt Cakes #SummerDessertWeek

This post was created for #SummerDessertWeek. I received samples from some of our
sponsor companies, but as always, all opinions are my own.

Welcome to day three of #SummerDessertWeek hosted by Angie of Big Bear's Wife!
This week I have joined 24 other bloggers and we're sharing some of our favorite
summer desserts.  On Monday I shared my Homemade Angel Food Cake with Sugared
Berries! We're also hosting an awesome GIVEAWAY! Be sure to scroll down after the

Oreo Cookie Cream Pie

Happy June!
May was such a busy month with Madison's graduation party, Mother's Day and lots of
travel for my day job, so I'm really looking forward a month without too many obligations.

I want to go for bike rides, read books, relax by the pool, go on hikes and just do summer
things.  What's on your summer list?  Please tell me.
Maybe I need to add them to my list too!

Also, I'm declaring this summer to be the summer of pie.
I love pie, but I don't make them nearly enough.  Cupcakes have always been the center
of attention around here, but that's all about to change.
Say hello to the summer of pie.

Cookies & Cream Mini Parfaits

Cookies and cream is a dessert match made in heaven.

If you're searching for a sweet treat that everyone loves - this is it.

Cookies & Cream Mini Parfaits are basically fancy little Oreo Dirt Cups.

Instead of gummy worms I added a bright red raspberry to each one to make them look

more elegant and I served them in 2 oz. clear, plastic dessert cubes each with a mini spoon.

Older Than Dirt Birthday Cake

Happy Monday!
I thought I would kick off the new week with a little birthday humor :)

Over the weekend one of my co-workers, who enjoys picking on me by the way,
celebrated his birthday.  John loves when I bring sweet treats to work, so I thought
I would make a special cake for his birthday and bring it to work today.
