Dessert Bruschetta

This post is in partnership with Moms Meet. As always, all opinions are my own.

Summer gatherings are my favorite.
There's nothing better than friends and family by the pool or on the deck with a drink
in hand and a spread of seasonal appetizers for the taking. I've been trying to get to our
Farmer's Market more frequently this summer and being more intentional about trying
new fruit and vegetables. This year I discovered yellow zucchini and baby plums that
were amazing! Fresh berries are the opitome of summer and are always on my shopping
list!

Fresh berries are perfect for summer gatherings because they are so versatile. You can
enjoy them in a fresh fruit salad, use them as a topping for browniescheesecake parfaits
or use them to make a pretty cheese board.

I recently had the opportunity to try Once Again's new Amoré Almond Spread with milk
chocolate and can I just say right now that it is amazing! I could (and did) eat it by the
spoonful! Amoré Almond spread is an organic, fair trade, and gluten-free nut butter that
tastes like a gourmet chocolate spread. It pairs nicely with fruit, berries or as a topping for
frozen yogurt or ice cream. I used it to make a delicious summer dessert bruschetta.

We've been using Once Again's almond and sunflower nut butter for several years now
because it tastes amazing. The Amoré Almond Spread is a wonderful addition to their
line of products!

My dessert bruschetta with fresh berries is so quick and easy to make and the best part
is that they taste delicious! I will definitely be making this appetizer/dessert many more
times this summer!

 Dessert Bruschetta

1 baguette, sliced into 1 inch slices
1-2 T butter, softened
1 jar of Once Again Organic Amoré Almond Spread with Milk Chocolate
Fresh raspberries, blueberries, blackberries
Fresh herbs to garnish (mint or basil)

Butter each slice of bread, front and back, and place on a baking sheet.
Broil under low for 1 - 2 minutes on each side, then remove from oven to cool slightly.

Top each slice of bread with a generous spread of Once Again Organic Amoré almond
spread with milk chocolate. Add a few berries and herb garnish.

Enjoy!
